This Editorial Policy explains the standards used to plan, create, review, update, and correct content published by Cactos New Hub.
Editorial purpose
We create practical information for readers who want clear explanations and realistic next steps. An article should satisfy a genuine reader need; length alone is not a measure of quality.
Originality
Published articles must be original. External sources may be used for research, verification, or context, but their language and structure are not copied. Quotations are limited, clearly attributed, and linked to the original source when practical.
Research and sourcing
Writers are expected to distinguish observation from fact. Claims that can change over time—such as prices, program rules, statistics, laws, and product availability—should be checked against primary or authoritative sources. Sources are linked in the article when they materially help readers verify a claim.
Writing and review
- Define the reader’s question and the article’s intended outcome.
- Research the subject and identify claims that need verification.
- Draft in clear English with descriptive headings and useful examples.
- Review for factual consistency, readability, originality, and misleading language.
- Publish with an accurate headline, description, category, author, and update date.
Commercial independence
Advertising and partnership considerations are separated from factual review. Advertisers do not receive a right to approve editorial conclusions. Sponsored material and material commercial relationships are disclosed where required.
Artificial intelligence tools
Technology may assist with outlining, language review, or production tasks, but publication still requires human editorial responsibility. Unsupported claims, fabricated experience, invented quotations, and false sources are prohibited regardless of the tool used.
Corrections and updates
We correct material errors when identified. Small grammar or formatting edits may be made without a notice. A substantial correction or change to the central conclusion may be disclosed within the article. Evergreen content is reviewed when reliable new information or reader feedback indicates an update is needed.
Conflicts of interest
Contributors should disclose relationships that could reasonably affect their coverage. We do not present paid placement as independent testing or claim first-hand product experience when no such evaluation occurred.
Reader feedback
Readers can report a concern through our Contact page. Helpful reports include the article URL, the disputed passage, and a reliable source supporting the requested correction.
